A very Happy New Year to all involved with DofE from the Reach Outdoors Team.

There are still a handful of spaces remaining on our Open Gold Sea Kayaking expeditions in South Devon for 2014.  
After advertising our dates in late 2013 there has been a surge of interest for the opportunity to complete the Gold expedition in this unique discipline.

2013 participants will tell tales of remote wild camps along the secluded starlit skies of the South Coast that will live long in their memories. As one satisfied mother describes below the expedition empowers participants to undertake a unique learning experience that offers diversity from Bronze and Silver.

My son plus 4 others completed their practice and final expedition with Reach Outdoors this summer and had a fantastic time. The training was fun, thorough and professional and Ash and Rich allowed the group to have their own independence while being observed and assessed for the award. The group felt safe and supported by the friendly assessors at all times. Rachel in the office was always helpful and kept us up to date with changes that needed to be made over the 8 days as the result of variable weather conditions. The booking process was also easy.
