Booking with Reach Outdoors.

Whether you’re booking a multiday school residential for 100 young people or simply a single activity for yourself, booking your adventure couldn’t be easier!

First off let’s look at how to book if its for your self and some friends or family.

Booking online

1.    The best and easiest way to do this is by going to http://www.reach-outdoors.com/event-booking , here you’ll be able to see all the current open sessions and how many spaces there are on them.

2.    Just pick the day and activity you would like to take part in.

3.    Check that there are enough tickets available, e.g. 5/12 means 5 tickets (spaces) left.

4.    Once you have decided, click on that activity then just scroll down and click on “BUY TICKETS”

5.    When you click on “BUY TICKETS” a new form will open, here you are asked to fill out details of the booking (number of tickets, name and contact information), you can also add wetsuits sizes in the notes section (this is a good idea for coasteering sessions).

6.    Then you’ll be asked your payment method, the only option is “world pay” as this is the secure online payment platform we use to ensure your safety (most major cards accepted!)

7.    Once you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions click on “SUBMIT” and you’ll be directed to the payment page.

8.    You’ll receive two emails, one booking confirmation (detailing your booking) and a payment received email, (please check your junk folder).

9.    You are all done, the only thing left to do is Enjoy your adventure!

Group booking / booking over the phone

For booking for 6 or over (for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding) or 8 or more (for coasteering) we can run a stand-alone session, for birthdays, stag, hens, family party and other groups. If booking for over 10 people you also get a 10% discount (for 3 hour sessions)!

For youth and uniform groups there is also a different rate.

If you book over the phone you also get an email confirming the booking along with details of the booking.
