Reach Outdoors is based in Paignton in South Devon and we utilise the amazing limestone of nearby Torquay and Brixham for our Coasteering locations. We have a site to suit all, from exhilarating jumps at Ansteys cove to secluded secret caves at Fishcombe Cove.
Torbay just has to be explored in a wetsuit.
Fancy something a little different? We can access places unknown to others on a full Kayaking and Coasteer day!
Expert instructors, Quality 5/3 mm Wetsuits, Buoyancy aids and helmets (Gloves & neoprene socks optional)
- A layer to wear underneath the wetsuit (a swimsuit is ideal)
- A pair of shorts for over the wetsuit (to protect the neoprene)
- Old trainers that you do not mind getting wet.
- A change of clothes for after the session and a towel as we are visiting a natural area and there are no toilet or changing facilities.
- Any medication required on session (e.g. inhalers, epipens, etc).
We have plenty of spare shorts and trainers so please let us know when you book if you need them.
Anyone 8 years of age and above who wants to have an adventure and be challenged.
Water confidence is required but strong swimming is not.
Please note that Coasteering is a physically demanding activity. You will need to be able to propel yourself through water, scramble over rocks and climb out of water onto rocks as a minimum.
Under 18's require a parent or guardian to sign our acknowledgement of risk form (linked below) and be available on location but they do not have to come in the water with them. Under 12's will need to be accompanied by an adult on an open session.
To join one of our open sessions, go to our bookings calendar now to check availability. Our open sessions run between April and October each year. If you don't find a date that works for you, please contact us and we'll see if we can find something that works for you.
If your group is 8 or greater then give our team a call in the office or email to arrange your private session.
