We are looking for Freelance Activity Instructors to work with us through June and July 2026.

Requirements:

At least two of Paddlesport Leader or above, CWI or RCI and NCC Coasteer Guide Lead.
Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate, First Aid and Safeguarding
At least 2 years experience as an outdoor instructor.
Suitable personal transportation for the rural area.
Unique Tax Reference number.

Desirable:

GB Archery Award
Minibus D1 with CPC & over 25
Bushcraft and team building leadership experience

We will be arranging meet and greets either in person or virtually before accepting dates.

We can provide free camping with toilets and showers for the duration of the work.

Pay is dependent on role and experience.

We work with a team of seasonal and freelance instructors throughout the year to offer fun and adventurous activities for our huge range of clients.
