New for 2019!
This year we are set to be even busier than last year with residentials and school groups, but we also have lots of exciting new things this happening to make 2019 one of the best years ever!
Year-long apprenticeships – we now run year long apprenticeships with South Devon College. Our apprentices (Bas, Cam, Sam and Chloe) started with us in March and will take part in lots of training and qualifications over the year as well as assisting us to deliver many of our activities. All to gain lots of experience to aim them in a future in the outdoors.
Hitting the waves – We now have body boards to use at Goodrington when the swell is on the bigger side, so the fun doesn’t stop even if the waves roll in.
Giant SUP – We have added to our board fleet with the daddy of them all the Tiki super tanker, this giant SUP is the best fun to have with a group of friends to take on the coast line around Torbay or to play last person standing!
Reach at the beach – We have taken on the management of Goodrington South Sands! This is an exciting opportunity for us to offer the public services at the beach we call. You can now hire deck chairs and beach huts for the summer months, along with being the first aid providers for the general public and keeping the beach tidy for everyone.
All we need now is the weather we have last year, so fingers crossed!
