In the last 12 months, We have been incredibly busy.
We provided over 10,000 activity sessions within our local area of Torbay as well as further in and around Devon.
We have run activities for all ages and helped them to explore our beautiful coastline in kayaks, splashing around on stand-up paddleboards and thrill-seeking while coasteering. We also run land-based activities such as caving, rock climbing, abseiling and gorge walking.

One of our favourite things is to show off our closest UNESCO Global Geopark Key site of Roundham Head here at Goodrington. We love to educate our guests about the formation of the rock from the unique viewpoint of a kayak or stand-up paddleboard or new for this year our very fun giant stand-up paddleboard.
 
Adding to a very successful year, we've had other reasons to celebrate with winning Gold at the English Riviera tourism awards for Active, Sporting and Learning experience. But more recently and a bigger surprise we have won not one but two Gold awards at the Devon Tourism Awards.

 
We won our latest awards in the Active and Sporting Experience of the year and Learning Experience of the year categories, and we couldn't be happier. We dedicate all these fantastic awards to our hard-working and dedicated staff team of instructors, as without them we wouldn't be here.

 
 Looking to next year, we are planning lots more wild kayak expeditions around the stunning coastline and look forward to welcoming new schools to us on their annual residential trips. All of this, in addition to our award-winning open sessions, provides much to be excited about for 2020!
