"In the wintertime, when the weather is hot... You got kayaking; you got kayaking on your mind".
It might be the middle of winter and a chill in the air, but when the sun shines, all we want to do is get out and enjoy it.
This week the weather has been great, and it was just too hard not to turn off the computers dig out our cags and head out for a paddle.
It is glorious days like this that reminds us why we do what we do.
The south Devon coast has some of the most stunning landscapes the UK has to offer, and most of the most beautiful areas are right on our doorstep.
These photos are from Rachel's and Rich's 19km sea kayak from Mill Bay, around Start Point and finishing at Bee sands.
